The initial consultation call with Vestige Personal Coaching is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help you explore whether coaching is the right fit. You’ll have space to ask questions, share openly, and experience the tone and flow of a typical session. Lasting 30–60 minutes, the call centers on your goals and offers clarity on whether coaching is the right next step to support your growth and direction.
