Stay At Home Parent Support

Stay-at-Home Parent Coaching

Rediscover purpose, identity, and balance in one of life’s most demanding roles.

Before I became a coach, I spent years as a stay-at-home parent — a role that taught me more about patience, humility, and growth than any job I’d ever held. I know firsthand the unique mix of gratitude and exhaustion that comes with giving so much of yourself every day. The quiet moments that feel endless, the invisible labor that often goes unnoticed, and the tug-of-war between wanting to be fully present and wondering who you are outside of that presence. Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but why I coach.

Through Vestige Personal Coaching, I now walk alongside other stay-at-home parents to help them feel seen, supported, and reconnected to themselves. Coaching becomes a space that belongs entirely to you — a space where your thoughts, needs, and goals take center stage again. Together, we explore what brings you energy, what boundaries you need to protect it, and what next steps will help you live with more balance and intention.

My approach is rooted in listening — not prescribing. Our conversations are confidential, compassionate, and paced to meet you where you are. Some parents come to process the emotional weight of the role; others want to rediscover purpose, reimagine the next chapter, or simply have a space where they can breathe and be honest. Whatever your reason, this work is about helping you reconnect with your worth and your voice — both inside and outside the home.

Because caring for others begins with caring for yourself, this coaching isn’t about productivity or perfection; it’s about alignment. Together, we’ll uncover what fulfillment looks like for you in this season of life — and how to take small, meaningful steps toward it.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What makes this coaching different from general life coaching?

It’s grounded in shared experience. I’ve lived the stay-at-home parent journey myself, so our sessions combine professional coaching tools with personal understanding and empathy.

2. Who is this for?

Any parent who spends most of their time caregiving — whether that’s full-time at home, between part-time work, or in a season of transition — and who’s ready to feel more connected, balanced, and purposeful.

3. What happens in a session?

Each session lasts about 50 minutes and is entirely focused on you. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s draining, and what you want to change. I listen deeply, ask questions, and help you uncover your own next steps.

4. Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Everything shared in coaching stays between us. That confidentiality allows for honest reflection without judgment or pressure.

5. How often do sessions take place?

Most parents begin with biweekly or monthly sessions — enough time to build rhythm, reflect between meetings, and see lasting progress. The plan can always be adjusted to your schedule and energy.

6. What’s the goal of this coaching?

To help you feel seen, grounded, and empowered — not by adding more to your plate, but by helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quietly waiting for attention.
